We use Australia Post and do not require a signature.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge if your claim is made within 7 days. We may need some information from you to provide to our insurer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES, RELEVANT LAW
Transactions on this site are governed by the law and courts of Queensland, Australia.
The following statutory warranties apply.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange if your product has a major problem that would have stopped someone from buying it, makes it unsafe, or different from a sample/description or what you asked for. Alternatively you may keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, you are entitled to a repair within a reasonable time, or if the item is not repaired in a reasonable time you may choose a refund or replacement.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We welcome change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Please return the item in a saleable condition and we will replace or refund it at your option. Postage costs are not refunded.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In any transaction or dispute, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
